Professional Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) Implementation
We help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams to get what they want from their businesses.
What is EOS?
In three words: Real. Simple. Results.
EOS is a comprehensive business system, integrating a holistic business model with a complete set of simple business tools and a proven business process to align and synchronize all the pieces of your business to produce the results you want.
We do that by providing a complete system with simple practical tools to help you do three things we call Vision, Traction®, Healthy.
- Vision: First, getting the leaders of your business 100% on the same page with the vision for your organization: who you are, what you do, where you are going and how you will get there
- Traction: Next, helping your leaders to become more disciplined and accountable, executing consistently to do things well and achieve every piece of your vision
- Healthy: Finally, working with your leaders to become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team, because leaders often don’t function well together as a team.
From there, as goes your leadership team, so goes the rest of your organization. We get to the point where your entire organization is crystal clear on your vision, all much more disciplined and accountable in executing your vision, gaining consistent traction, and advancing as a healthy, functional, cohesive team.
Six Key Components™
The EOS Model™ provides a visual illustration of the Six Key Components of any business that must be managed and strengthened to be a great business. This model applies to big and small businesses alike, in any industry.
Key Component 1: Vision
Strengthening this component means getting everyone in the organization 100 percent on the same page with where you’re going and how you’re going to get there.
Key Component 2: People
Simply put, we can’t do it without great people. This means surrounding yourself with great people, top to bottom, because you can’t achieve a great vision without great people.
Key Component 3: Data
This means cutting through all the feelings, personalities, opinions and egos and boiling your organization down to a handful of objective numbers that give you an absolute pulse on where things are.
With these components becoming stronger, you start to create a lucid, transparent, open and honest organization where everything becomes more visible and you start to “smoke out all the issues”, which leads to the fourth Key Component.
Key Component 4: Issues
Strengthening this component means becoming great at solving problems throughout the organization – setting them up, knocking them down and making them go away forever.
Key Component 5: Process
This is the secret ingredient in your organization. This means “systemizing” your business by identifying and documenting the core processes that define your way to run your business – getting everyone on the same page with what the essential procedural steps are in your core processes and then getting everyone to follow them so you create consistency and scalability in your organization.
Key Component 6: Traction
This means bringing discipline and accountability into the organization – becoming great at execution – taking the vision down to the ground and making it real.
